M. Ted Dillard,
Founder, has his Certified Public Accountant,
Certified Financial Planner, and Certified Management Accountant
licenses. After extensive experience in senior level financial
positions in public and private companies, Ted formed eSPAN’s
predecessor, the Small Business Consulting Group, as a consulting
firm that assisted small business owners in the areas of planning
for profit and growth, systems design work, staffing analysis,
business plans, business related financial planning and management
development programs. Throughout his professional career, Ted has served in senior
executive and financial officer capacities in publicly traded and
emerging growth companies, where he obtained extensive experience in
corporate finance, turnarounds, mergers, acquisitions, and public
offerings. He was first CFO, and then President of Diversified
Corporate Resources, Inc., a publicly traded staffing services
company until early 2001. Based on its stock performance in the year
2000, the Company was
ranked fifth in the U.S. among staffing companies by Gerard Klauer
Mattison, a leading industry analyst. |

Today, Ted is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the
Institute of Management Accountants and Venture Partner of the
Babich Group of Companies, LLC., a network of privately owned
Executive Search Firms. Ted is also the President of eSPAN
Professional Resources, Inc., an Executive Search, Life Science and
Healthcare Placement Firm; and, the Executive Producer of Career
Span TV,
a showcase of video and training material designed to assist job
seekers in finding new and better job opportunities. |
